Was not very attentive. Did not communicate clearly with me. Also, during my last service (oil change/regularly scheduled maintenance on 11/30) did not receive report for my vehicle inspection. Had a different advisor at one point who gave me detailed paper work and informed me I should receive a copy of this inspection at every visit. Last visit my car was also ready/done with service and nobody told me it was done. After 2 hrs of waiting I had to go ask & it was already done and parked.

I’m sure the service was done great by your technicians, however my problem is that my car set outside and ready for 20 minutes before I was notified. I seen it when it was driven up. I know you were busy but I think that is a bit much.

Fred was very nice, courteous and professional. He told me upon arrival for my 10:30 am oil change, that it was going to be about 3 hours as they were very busy, so you can imagine my surprise when he texted me at 12:00 pm that my car was ready and good to go. That made my day and especially that Fred took the time to let me know how things were going.
