Fred is absolutely the best. I only deal with him and have always have a positive outcome. People like him make your service department the best in my book
I was made to wait a half an hour to drop my car off..two people did come over and talked to me when I first got there but said I had to wait for my service rep.My appointment was for the next day at 830 but the only convenienttime for me to drop my car off was the afternoon before because of my wirking hours. I waited about 15 minutes and she came over to my car and said she would be right over in a minute..another 15 minutes went by and she did not come back..finally I got out of my car and went up to her and asked if she was ever going to check my car in or I was going to take my car somewhere else for service. She said she had other clients, which I do understand, but I felt I had waited long enough to just have her check me in and take my keys and I am a client too..one who has always brought my car to you for service..I felt I was not as important and was ledt waiting because my appointment was the next day..i would also like to say I was the only person dropping my car off at that time..no one else was. She finally came to my car and checked me in and I told her I was here to do my scheduled service that was on my maintenence agreement coupon. She said she needed to go check the computer to see what my maintenance contract covered..I had a coupon book! Finally she took my keys and I was able to leave..what I don't understand is why I was made to wait so long for about a minutes worth of work and why no one else could help me?? I had a ride waiting for me and they were waiting too..this whole experience was unsatisfactory to me.
You a true acid at your dealership with Justin. The young man, took care of my problem that have been ongoing since I believe June I was give the runaround a few times bringing my car in and nobody could fix it. He found the problem and got it done. I am extremely appreciative of him because while I was driving my car, with the problem I had I felt my life was in danger
No one was there to receive my car at the time of my appointment. Supposedly Joe was at lunch and the other workers there said they couldn’t take our vehicle because we were assigned to Joe. I should not have to wait on you! You made the appointment time for me at 11:30 and someone should be there at that time! If he needs to take lunch, someone should cover for him or you shouldn’t schedule appointments during that time!
Cory is always a pleasure to deal with, always keeps me updated and is very courteous. Only person I trust my vehicle there to!

I was very satisfied with Joseph. It’s the lack of mechanics which leads to extremely long waiting times. The guys do their best. It’s the companies fault for lack of mechanics. Treat them better, pay them better and you’ll get them and keep them. If you’re going to hussle and push to sell cars, you need a dependable mechanic staff to take care of them.
What is a good experience, but took a little bit longer than it should have for an oil change and tire rotation
