I was told it would be 1 1/2 hour and it was 3 hours. I would not have waited if I had known it would take that long.
It took just over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation, even with an appointment. During that time I received no updates, despite being in the waiting room AND texting twice. I was told after 2 hours, when I went out to investigate and spoke to a different agent, that Justin’s computer went down and that is why I wasn’t updated, but a) my first text was right after I checked in, saying I overhead others had been waiting a few hours for an oil change and if that would be the same for me to please let me know so I could reschedule and b)I was sitting inside and he could’ve walked in to talk to me at any point. Miraculously, when I said something, my car was done! And apparently had been done for who knows how long. :(
Overall, in my 10 years experience with Bev Smith Kia, lack of communication/basic updates is an ongoing issue. To be honest, I get really anxious every time I come in for service because I feel I can’t trust whoever is supposed to be my service rep.

The advisor we were assigned, Joseph Junior Stephen, was not responsive and didn't give status updates. Our vehicle was in for service for over 3 weeks. We found out that Joseph was no longer working for the company and was reassigned to Pablo. Pablo called immediately, provided status and had our vehicle repaired within a couple of days. He was professional and responsive. Thanks Pablo!

Lied to by Justin multiple times and then lied to by the manager, Jim. Service was never done. Car sat for 5 days, no communication. Worst experience ever!

I feel that I was taken advantage of. Our car was sitting in the lot for 8 months waiting for parts. In the hot summer weather. I had to replace the windshield wipers and the air filters in the car. I feel that the dealer should have covered that expense.
