The person helping me was 35 minutes late with no explanation or apology. I was the first appointment and they didn’t start until an hour later, they still can’t figure out what’s going on with my car after 2 separate appointments, kept getting the run around with a part that was ordered, said it would take a week to get there and it took almost two months. I called to check on the part and parts guy said it was there and got me over to scheduling, scheduling lady said it wasn’t there and they call me when it got there. No one ever called so I had to to call and check. It was like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone. Absolutely nothing about all 3 of my appointments was smooth or had redeeming qualities. I will never be back and will warn anybody who tries to go here.

My car only had 925 miles on it. I shouldn’t have had to bring the car in after only having it for three weeks. Apparently there was a hose that was not sealed correctly, and the antifreeze was leaking out, causing the engine to overheat.

I wanted to take the time to express my greatest appreciation for Caitlin for her managing to fit me in for my flat tire with last minute appearance. I had been having such a rough day and waking up to my tire being flat and then having Kia road side assistance come out to tell me I was missing a key for my wheels and then not being able to get it done sooner. I am so over today it’s not funny but Caitlin was able to make my day better and get me back on track super fast. I also wanted to take the time to recognize Cody, the service tech that was sent out to my house. That man made my day and I am so appreciative of him. He came out and saw I was struggling with my day and as I explained to him I have a rare autoimmune disease that prevents me from being able to do things with my hands and I have to learn to rely on other people for help: he went in and changed all the key locks on all 4 tires and he went and went above and beyond and changed my tire and installed the spare tire so that I wouldn’t have to wait the 2 hours for road side to come out. He then instructed me to bring the tire to Mia and he would make sure that the tire was patched and I was good to go. I got to the dealership and Cody met me and said he would take care of me. He was able to patch my tire and I was able to get to my meeting in time. I am so thankful for both Caitlin and Cody. I am so glad they are part of the Bev smith service family and it makes me glad that I choose Kia for my Car. Thank you to the both of you, you don’t realize how much you helped me today and made my day. God bless you both.

Appt at 4:00. Did not get acknowledged until 4:40 when I asked why they were moving the cars behind me and not mine. I was told that Justin was handling my appt and was busy. Other man would not help me. Excuses kept being that. They were short two people. Well, that’s no excuse for me. They should’ve called and said that they were running behind that way I’m not have picked up my grandson early from school and taken time off from work to make sure I was there at 4 o’clock at my schedule time. Got in my car took a ride to go home and my brake light sensor immediately came on. I was too mad and too tired to go back there, especially knowing that they were just gonna tell me that nobody could handle it at that time of night because it was after six almost 7 o’clock. Call me if you’d like to hear me continue about how disappointed I was.
