Wel everything was taken care of The tire rotation and the oil change. Put one thing was left out. The oil reset was not reset. I've tried to reset it. And it did not work for me. Every time I turn on the Vehicle, The indications telling me that Vehicle need an oil change.
Rotating of tires was not checked so I guess it was not done ,car was not washed? You guys are very nice but I am really disappointed!!!????
The communications and customer service were extremely good. I am just very concerned with the vehicle not showing any indications of the various yellow warning lights that went off and that my lights flicker in the evening when they're on and nothing was fixed regarding that issue and some others. I'm afraid to drive my car now I have always been a big believer in the Kia Optima. I am a single father with a little girl and I'm driving a car that no one can assess what the problem is. Otherwise I thought the dealership was excellent in terms of the service department. I might even buy a new car and trade this one in. I just am afraid for the new payment being big because I have such a limited budget

As usual service was great just 3 hours too long. Also not happy with new payment with check. Gave them check and it
took almost half an hour so I had to VOID check and give credit card. Been customer for 5 years and did not enjoy waiting for OK of check.
Corey was just great but I had a problem with the tires that I paid altogether came to $850. I only got 39,000 miles out them when I felt like I should have gotten more for my money. So I won’t be purchasing tires Kia again thank you
Caitlin is great and is so helpful evwrytime. They stated the issue related to my car was a bent rim. There was no dent as I got to another opinion. Car only shaked when gas peddle was hit. Got another opinion to fix the issue. Again Caitlin has 100% customer service but not confident in the dealerships mechanics to find issues.
The communication is the worst . I drop my car off at 9 am and didn’t hear anything back until you guys were closing. And then the next day didn’t even know that my service writer was off and had a hard time trying to find someone to talk to about my car. Jim the service manager has the worst attitude and doesn’t care about the situation with my car. It took me 7 phone calls to finally talk to him to find out what was going on with my car. And then I ended up just having my car towed off your property due to the unprofessional attitudes. He just wanted me to leave my car there for 6months to a year for parts when I had other dealership that had the parts I needed. I will never be back to have my Kia worked on or buy a Kia from you guys… and I will never recommend your dealership for service

Fred is great to work with when I bring my car in for service. He always explains fully on what needs to be done and the price.
I fully expected to be at Kia for at least 2 hours, so I was really surprised when 1 hour later they call my name and tell me my car is all set and ready to go. Fred is a very courteous and professional individual in all he does. I am very glad to be a part of the Kia family (since my first purchase was in 2001 of the defunct Kia Sephia, then in 2009, a Kia Rondo SUV, then in 2017, a Kia Soul). My most recent purchase in July 2023 was a 2023 Kia Soul.
Fred is not a people person he doesn’t like to talk to you about your car he won’t come in and tell you he has everyone else tell you it’s done please do not assign me with him any more or I’ll go to a different Kia dealership. This is my 3rd time not happy with him.
