If you didn’t have the parts for my recall you shouldn’t have booked the appointment in the first place. You don’t wait until the client has showed up to the appointment to tell them that you have to order the parts and they’re on back order with no eta. Wastes my time and your teams

Only used service department 2 times. Both times were great. This was my 3rd service and ended up trading in on a new sorento. Everyone I had contact with were very professional. So I will be back for more service when required. Angela was very nice and informative

My car went in for an alignment on Tuesday and on Wednesday I called because it was still pulling to the right.
Today I brought it back in, and I’m afraid to say it is still pulling to the the right exactly the same amount it was yesterday when it left the dealership.
I am asking for a refund. I don’t see how your machine can fix my car again a third time. If you want me to bring it in on Monday so you can drive it I will do that for you. But I need to get this fixed. Thank you, Linda.
