The reported problems with the Sorrento model and the recall were explained to me, fortunately I was not experiencing any of the two problems. So the decision was made to only address the recall problem, with the understanding that KIA will address the other reported problems if and when they with my vehicle. They will notify me when the part,which they order has arrived for me to return for the service.
Polite and courteous. She gave me approximate time when the car would be done which turned out to be accurate.

Have been coming back for the same coolant issue for the past three months almost it’s getting to a point where I’m having to carry coolant with me everywhere I go they said they drove me car this the third look on my records on app and can see that you guy DID NOT drive my car like stated received car back with less coolant then it arrived but somehow that’s normal to you all for coolant to go down that fast in just a few hours? Makes no since to a logic standpoint this is a brand new car that should not be having all of these issue highly upset with my experience

I thought she was in a hurry and it didn’t feel like the same place I visited the time before , that I didn't feel welcomed as everyone that visits there should . Felt like a number thats all , that is not good customer service also trying to sell me things I didn’t need at all . For instance my tires I only have 27,000 miles on my car no need for tires until 40,000 miles . My son works for Kia in marietta Ga and is a Gm and I called him he said no , I know you are a business trying to make money but it feels like we as customers are being taken advantage of .
Cory is a definate asset to your service department. He is very knowledgeable and kept me well informed of his interactions with the technician that was handling my situation with my 2021 Seltos, and he has always been very helpful on previous return visits to your dealership. Thank you Sandra W
