Even though I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment, My car was taken right away. I was out within 46 m8nutes. I was very happy about that.

Could not have had a more perfect experience with the staff! Corey was great. From the first time I spoke with him, I found him to be courteous and trusted his input. I immediately had the vehicle towed and received information from him the next morning. From that point I never had anymore thought feeling I’d been provided in formation from him that was actual and thorough information. Thanks for the great job and great attitudes Corey and service staff provided!!!!!
When I got there everything was going good. I left my car I explain to Jamie that I live in west Palm beach and I needed my car before closing time so I can go back home she stated that she will do her best I also explained to her that my car was making a noise when I turn it off and my passenger side window was giving me headaches too and I proceeded to informed her that my car was acting weird and I had a couple episodes that when I get to place turn off my car it wouldn’t turn on. My car was running after that find someone will boost my car and I will be good for months after that I proceeded to leave. I get I call from her stating my car was done and the things they did to help me with the problems I had she tells me my car needed a new battery that they had already installed without talking to me she tells me that was cover by the warranty so I informed her I will be in my way once I arrived she gives me a call to informed me how she had mess up and that the warranty was no longer good by miles and date remind you they had already put a new one with out talking to me she tells me because of the error she will wave the labor and I could pay for the battery I informed her I was not going to pay for that and she told me they would put my old battery back which I agreed listen I drove my car from west Palm beach to fort pierce with no problem my car was running fine once they bring me the car the guy tells me I am going to leave the car on because when you turn it off it won’t turn back on and walk away Jamie never came to talk to me as a matter fact my daughter had to go to the guy sitting in a podium to ask him for my paper… I don’t know what they did to my battery all I know is that my car was turning on fine when I got there. I left and my car left me stranded with my special need daughter when I call for help and they open my hood they left the cover of the filter off and they didn’t bother to tighten my battery and the connectors where loose… I will never tell anyone about you guys and I am waiting for the call from the manager that is on vacation for what I was told and then the lady on the phone lie and told me he was in manager meetings which I knew it was not true… if I don’t get a called from him I will leave bad reviews and let everyone in my social media know how bad you guys work and how inhumane you guys are. I feel like no one cared about what they where doing I still can figure out why my car wouldn’t turn on with the battery I got there from so far… I am super disappointed with the staff

I simply asked for an explanation of what was wrong with my motor. Nobody would answer my question. I was told to,"read the paperwork." On two separate visits, I asked if someone could tell me what was wrong and both times was told to look at the paperwork. I don't appreciate being brushed off, and would not reccomend Bev Smith to anyone.

Fred is a straight shooter. If the service is going to take a while, he tells me upfront. If it's going to be quick, like an hour or less, he tells me upfront. He is very on point with his service time estimations & is very sociable.
My car never got service. My car got over looked and another car got there service done. I was there 2 1/2 hours and my car was never started

My car was not in the same condition when I brought it there, you guys failed to put my car back together the way it was when I towed it there. Part in the hood was left out and my hood cannot close All the way. I don’t understand why this happened, my hood was intact when brought to your service department and now is in pieces. I need answer to why you guys left the car in this kind condition.

Service was good but we still do not have the key to unlock the lug nuts and they do not have regular log nuts to purchase. We had a blow out today and since we didn't have, even tho they have been asked repeatedly, this key, we couldn't change the tire and AAA couldn't either.
We are headed to Miami Sunday, if this happens again on the way and we miss our cruise... Because no one can get the tire off... What then?
