From beginning to end the service at kia with cory as my service person was amazing.
I was immediately greeted as I drove in and checked in promptly. Corey was then there within a minute to discuss the issue was quick to check on the warranty and do the work that was needed while I waited in the customer service waiting area. During the time I was in the waiting area.He texted me twice to see how I was doing and kept me informed of the situation. I was totally impressed with his incredible service along with the rest of the staff there.. Thank you so much.It's a breath of fresh air to get such friendly timely service

I I sent a detailed response to the message I received yesterday. I felt that I was strong armed with n have additional services done to my vehicle . My Sorento (2021 ) had an engine replace at around 22,000 ( it now has around 42,000 miles. I can not imagine the dealer who replaced the engine did not replace the filters and any other fluids that needed it. I have never in all the vehicles I have owned had someone say the brake fluid need replacing. The service person also recommended some type of internal engine cleaning at the tune on nearly 500 dollars. I will not wanted an oil change and tire rotation. Do the service people get a commission on sales of service. I most likely will find another dealer when the next service is required . Unsatisfied
Pablo is an exceptional service person. He took extra time to help me get answers to several questions I had about my service contracts and how they would work when I moved to a location on the other side of the country. Very nice young man.
