The service by with Kaitlyn was outstanding I just believe that your service department overall needs to be revamped. This has been the worst serviced. I had since being there and it has to deal with the service manager etc. etc..

Fred David Madorma is awesome he was very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the part an job was done in great time. Even though he had to go back and forth with the car wash who was paying for the part he made sure that it was done. Ten stars for Fred Madorma.

As always, Fred Madorma goes above & beyond for his customers. I was originally told my specific service could take about an hour, but he handed my keys back to me in less than 30 min. Professional & continues to exceed my customer service expectations!

My car was there for almost 2 weeks- then after having my fuel pump replaced I am told that my fuel injectors need to be replaced! Why does it take 13 days to figure that out? I will say Tim got me a loaner car but still… and then the price was ridiculous! My brothers are mechanics in Tennessee and they said no way it should cost $1300! I’m done with Bev smith!
