my car was there for an ac warranty repair and whenever I received my car back I noticed my steering wheel had been scratched in three places, the plastic above my mirror was broken, my dash has three defects in it, the weather stripping on my passenger door was not replaced correctly, and a check engine light has come on. I will be contacting the service manager or general manager about this issue when you guys reopen on Monday because that is unacceptable for my car to have been returned in that condition.

Pablo was very busy but he was very very courteous, and took care of me even though I waited sometime which wasn’t his fault. It was the owner before me that was giving him some trouble. The greeter was also very attentive to me and kept checking on me. I will say that they asked me to roll down my window and keep my car going which I understand so they can get the mileage but while I was waiting, I heard other service tach talking and they use the F word a lot which I can understand their frustrations in their job but it’s not something good for a customer to hear, I just wanna make sure that you understand. This was not Pablo who said this I don’t know who the other tech was but Pablo was extremely courteous and polite to me and I would go back to see him to take care of my car.

Fred and the entire team including the lot people and shuttle drivers made me feel valued as a customer. I have had my car serviced at Bev Smith and Wallace Kia before. The positive difference of Bev Smith was outstanding compared to Wallace. The availability of shuttle service was a big plus to me. It was as if there may have been a huge effort to train your staff in how to talk to and treat customers. I managed customer service as a general mgr for department stores for over 40 years and appreciate my experience.

The cost of the diagnostic was the highest in the area and probably the state @ $220. I had my car towed in Tuesday morning and picked up Thursday afternoon because it had not been diagnosed yet. I understand everyone is busy because so am I which is why I needed my vehicle. I did not get any updates on Wednesday even after I texted and asked. I did not receive any updates Thursday morning, I had to come in to see what was going on with my car, for Pablo to say the mechanic hadn’t got around to finishing checking it out. Meanwhile I was in a rental car spending more money as my car sat in the parking lot.

My experience was terrible I drove from Okeechobee made my appointment on time 2 hours later my car hadn't had its diagnostic test and the guy was real rude said I was going to have to stay there longer so I made him give him my keys and left thank you for asking
