The service was perfect. Fred and others were very attentive and polite. My only disappointment is the paint on my Kia has faded terribly. I found out the paint is only under warranty for only 3 years. I asked if anything can be done. There is nothing that can be done for me. My car is a 2018 Kia GT Stinger with only 25,514 miles. I would have thought it would have lasted longer.
Your technician cracked my oil pan during my last service. Now your dealership is avoiding my phone calls regarding the warranty claim for replacing my oil pan that you’re dealership damaged. If I am forced to call a lawyer and take your establishment to court. I’m going to get a lot more than an oil pan and gasket out of you.

They took out my K & N air filter! Needs to be replaced with a new one. It is reusable and not to be discarded. Very mad that your mechanic didn't realize this!!!

When I first pulled in, I had to wait 25 minutes in my car before one of the service people and the two white terminals would come out and help me girl had just gotten into her service station and completely shut the door and was working on things that had gotten backlogged that does nothing for customer service to the people who pulled in and are now waiting The other girl was too busy talking about football and playing on her cell phone to come over to my vehicle to help me granted she did have two vehicles that she was working on before mine but afterwards she decided to get on her cell phone and talk about football before coming to help me knowing that there was only one person helping people in their cars . The second problem I had was I had a free oil change on my account that somehow disappeared because I even have proof in a text message that I had it on there and it was miraculously gone so I had to argue about that. They were definitely fast with the service, but you guys usually wash the vehicle and then washer was down so I completely understand that, but usually vacuum the vehicle as well and the vehicle was not vacuumed out. These are services that I used to love about this dealership and coming in and getting my car serviced with you guys, that were just not there this time. There were cars that were getting helped before me and I had an appointment and had to wait 25 minutes for somebody to come out and help. Meanwhile, you have five guys literally five guys standing around with their hands in their pockets not doing anything. Definitely not a good experience this time.
