Everything is good. I had an awesome advisor. I’m a little disappointed with my GT line K5 not having the sensors in the back of the car when I back up- why do I have a backup camera if no sensors? It doesn’t make sense to me. Also, I use to get my car serviced with a free car wash and vacuum and this wasn’t done for this service. Is Kia no longer offering free wash/vacuum?

I dropped my car off @10:45am didn't get it back until after 3pm didn't even get a call that it was ready I had to find my way back to the dealership since I took the shuttle service which the driver was pleasant by the way.
To make matters worse I was told that my rear wipers are broken and a replacement was ordered,plus my car could not be washed because the machines or something was broken and to then I w top it off i was told that another client in California or something has my vehicle exact
information due to some mixed up with finance am so disappointed with this time around service in all my years of doing business with kia ????

Absolutely perfect service from Pablo today. Fast and efficient and met my expectations. The only issue I have, was finding out the free batteries and tires program that I was grandfathered in is no longer being honored. No issues with my service or Pablo, that part was great. I would like to receive some communication on why the program was discontinued. Thank you
They said they would change the oil fluid but they didn’t cause the car is telling me that it has low engine oil
Fred was great very courteous. He explained it might take 1.5 to 2 hours. At the 2 hour mark I went up to him to find out how much longer. He made a phone call and I was told 30 more minutes which they were correct. I just think time management could be a litt better. My recall should not have taken 2.5 hours. Thats my only complaint. The staff were all great.
I have been with Kia throughout the years. Always great service.. Fred. David Madorma is the best. Always keep in the loop of what’s going on.
The multi-point vehicle inspection is not being done. I followed my wife home and noticed that a brake light was out. That means I can’t trust any portion of the “inspection”. The technician pencil whipped it. Also there was a mis-communication between your parts department and Pablo. I was told parts would be arriving on Tuesday and dropped the car off. One of the parts didn’t arrive until Thursday. I left the car because of the inconvenience of picking up and dropping off. Don’t bother to call.
