I was very happy with Pablo Minier and my customer service experience at the dealership. I would add that I'm also impressed that since 2019 I have never had a problem with the car. The dealership takes issues and safety seriously and that's why I would purchase another vehicle from Bev Smith .

Gave report for check engine light being on! And they came back with an out of this world price to fix ! It is a simple vacuum problem either the gas cap or the evaporator line ! And they came back with $1400 ! Wow can afford it !

I have always come to Fort Pierce Kia to have my car serviced and purchase five Kia Souls within the past 12 years… This was the first time I didn’t get a $10 discount. I always get coupons in the mail before my service… Nine times out of 10. I always forget my coupons… I mentioned that I had the coupon and he didn’t give me a discount… I know it sounds ridiculous. I’m laughing as I’m typing this, but that would have been the cherry on top. Everything else was great!

Jamie was very pleasant but Your system is seriously broken. Though everyone was busy, my self and others were left waiting after we are told our vehicle is ready. What is the point of making appointments? I will be seeking service from the Vero dealer next time.

Satisfied with my experience with my recent service. Pablo minier was great! He took his time to explain everything that needed to be done on my vehicle and kept me updated. He was very nice and also able to fit in getting 2 of the recalls on my vehicle checked so I wouldn't have to make another appointment and just get things done on the same day. Would definitely recommend him to everyone that has a kia ! He Deserves a raise ????
