Jamie did great, a real professional. However, waiting almost 3 hours to get an oil change, and tire rotation? Is simply disrespectful to the customer! This is the third time we have had to wait 3 hours or more. I am not satisfied with the vehicle service you provide. This is the 3rd or 4th car I have purchased there and when I upgrade it won’t be with your dealership! It appears that you put making money over customer satisfaction by scheduling too many appointments at the same time. I would really like to talk with the owner or General Manager but I know that won’t happen!

Caitlin is the best service advisor I've ever had at any dealership. She's friendly, professional and kind. She's not pushy or dishonest. She deserves recognition!

Rick the service manager was nice to explain to me the in and outs of dropping off your vehicle and what is expected. I have a new understanding, although it would be nice if your service consultant is not available that someone else on the team can get the information for him to avoid long waits. Should work as a team.Team players. Keep things running smooth. Even though I was completely satisfied with everything and will keep returning here, a few little tweaks need to be introduced. Pablo was very nice professional and accommodating. They go off appointment time, so if you are looking to drop off car early, plan way earlier than you expect. Because as of now you will wait.

I don't mind waiting if the service is done right the first time. Said that, Cory James Deroach is not only about customer service but also for an amazing customer experience!, he went beyond on my service recall, making sure i was ????% satisfied with the service.friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and listen to the customer concerns. KIA is lucky to have someone like him
