I was not explained to what was completed in my service. I found my statement and on it is stated that the radio is not working properly and needs to be replaced. This was never told to me. I would like to speak with someone regarding this issue. Thank you.

The guy helping me didn’t give me clear directions or updates. He sat in the booth and told me the car was gonna take 3 hours but didn’t tell me where the waiting room was or that there were complementary refreshments. I watched for 3 hours while other customers got updates on their cars but he never came in to let me know anything. Then proceeded to call me out to the booth and ring me out and tell me the outcome of my service but didn’t go over the individual barges because I would have said something about the charge for shop supplies. Then he pointed in a general direction and said your car is over there have a good day. Also while waiting I received two calls from sales people there who tried to hassle me into looking at new cars and one sale guy in house who actually came up to me. I just wanted to get my service done and felt like no wasn’t an acceptable answer.

When I dropped my vehicle off, Fred attended to me right away. He kept me informed of the status of the service. When it was completed, he texted and then called me to let me know my vehicle was ready. Fred is very respectful of my time.
