I called for appointment got 830a , then I got two emails confirming my changed 9a appointment. Then later I got an email changing my appointment to 1p same day. (Wednesday) at 745a I tried to call your office and kept getting cut off, did this for almost an hour then finally got through to office at 840a and was told that I had an 9a appointment. I arrived at 9a. After all of this and being taken home and picked up later the car is in same condition. I was told it could be 2-3 weeks before the part came in, but it could be earlier. With all of this do you think I am happy or could at this time give Bev Smith a favorable review. Phil Replogle. 6/27/24
Service was excellent.coffee maker in waiting room was not work.
You need to hire more people. I received a voicemail at 9:21am telling me my car was ready to be picked up. It took 3 hours and multiple phone calls to get through to this dealership to request that the service vehicle that dropped me off at work needs to come back to bring me to my car. They never called back and I had to keep calling the main dealership receptionist because she was the only helpful employeee every time I called service the people who answered just kept saying they would take a message and get me a call back which never happened.
Kevin Took very good care of me and I was able to make my Other appointment on time.
Kevin did a fabulous job. He got me the info that I needed and didn’t lie about anything to me, unlike the last guy. Service manager Tim has been amazing as well. Looks like things are on the right track for business now.

Pablo was very professional and gave exceptional service in spite of how difficult my wife and I were during our initial interaction. He responded within the parameters given to him and made sure that we were take care of in a timely manner. He stayed in contact with me throughout the service of the vehicle and I am forever grateful. 5 stars for Pablo!!!
