Made an appointment for service for today, 6/19/2025 @10:00 for recall for my Kia sorento. Came in and waited for 45 minutes, service advisor came out and said they have no part needed for service. I take off a day from work to come for service. Service advisor told me that Bev Smith Kia did this many many time to customers, scheduling for service when there is no part to replace. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Is this the Kia business way?
Mr Madorma is an excellent service advisor. Very personable and he kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle each step of the way.
Bev Smith Kia is the best Kua dealership in SoFlo. I have been to 4 and will only come to Bev Smith. I travel over an hour for the top notch service department!

You have horrible customer service. You never return phone calls as a customer I have to come to the dealership to get information. The fact that you only accept paper checks from insurance companies is insane. This process cost us more money than it should have and we had to pay for the work with our own money just to get our car so that we would not incur additional fees for the rental that we already had three days that were not covered by the insurance company. Be assured that I will never purchase another Kia or bring my current vehicle back to you for any reason.
I really didn't like service guy Pablo customer service he's not very informative with information I need to know. I will just stick with Jaime awesome customer service
