Wow ok have a seat this one is going to take a while. Ok well let's begin with i really hated i had to come back to bev Smith kia because I quit going there years ago. The only reason I whent is because it was an engine replacement under warranty. Well after having my car over a month I get a letter from a towing company telling me I owe them almost 500.00 or my car will be sold. God damn thing I did not throw that letter away like I almost did twice. Then comes the time for my car to be ready over 2 months later and u get a call cause sone one seen a gullible woman so almost 1500.00 later. One of th3 things I paid over 500.00 was the get my PASSANGER door looked at and possable fixed. We'll some wonderful half whit decided to look at my DRIVERS door and said I needed and new part. Then I got a call saying yes the door is messed uo and I have the part in shock so we will fix it. So now it is the day to pick up the car it was my stupid fault for not checking the door but I see how yall keep that from happing yall bring the car around with the windows down car running in hope we just get in the car a ride off just like my dumb **** did. We'll I got home and picked up my kids to take them To get something eat and my son gets in the passenger side goes to shut the door and it does not shut ohhhhh I am pissed. So I call and talk the Ken my service agent and I am telling him about what happens and he said no we fixed your door the driver side door Keep in mind there was nothing wrong with the drivers door I asked about the passenger door. I am sure there are many cameras showing how many times and how many pepole have been in and out of my driver side door with out a problem yall had it for over 2 months. Forget the idea of why in the hell would your tech fix something that is not broke. I know they seen a dumb **** woman who will pay. The funniest thing is I had the drivers side door fixed a couple of years ago so one that should have showed up in the records and I know yall had the car fax on that car cause the first service agent showed me yall had it and needed it for the engine warranty. Why did that not ring any bells? And second thing i love it ho2 just a few years a got i paid for the same work to be done and only paid 80.00 for an hour of labor. Can you please explane why I was charged for 2 and a half hours at over 200.00 when the same work was done in less then an hour? So yall really seen a dumb **** woman and took advantage of that thank you very much for showing me to never give yall another chance getting screwed 3 times is enough for me. Screw me once shame on you screw me twice shame on me. Screw me 3 times I am a idiot and I promise you will never get a chance to screw me a fouth time.

They charge me 495 for only one wire,too expensive They worse, I get the car back completely dirty they don’t wash it that make me upset At Toyota is totally different( they add wash water for windows,they clean and wash the car at the end of the service)I think I will be back with Toyota definitely

A little disappointed that Kia did not due the gos/media player install correctly on the first day and vehicle had to be brought back the next day. Everyone was nice. Happy about the ride service.

Ken was great. I’d give him a 10 in customer service. I thought my car would be washed with a service and it wasn’t again, for the second time. That’s not a reflection on Ken at all. I’d request him again.

I am satisfied with the service that was provided however, the salesman's coming out to the service floor trying to push you into buying a new car is relentless. It makes you not want to come to the service department even though the service department is very efficient the technicians working on your vehicle. The same thing would apply to the service representatives very pushy at trying to sell stuff you say no, and they still kind of push it. I understand it's their job to make money for the company. However, the sales staff is very offputting.
