Everyone was very respectful and courteous. Unfortunately the seat control do not get fixed. Hopefully KIA can come up with a game plan to get it fixed right.

I received conflicting information about the service thats offered for replacing my front headlamps fron the Coach and Kenneth. As such we left the establishment without any correction to our car needs.

I had this appointment for over three weeks for a recall on the ignition. I got three reminders to come for this appointment when I arrive there I was totally did not have the part after making arrangements for myself to be picked up while the car was repaired and had paid somebody to bring me back there when my cow was ready I was extremely unhappy. I was told they would call me when the pot comes in and I certainly hope they do.

It's very disappointing to bring my vehicle in for service and leave with damage it didn't arrive with and then to have Richard indirectly tell me I damaged my undercarriage, not so. I would think for me to have damaged the undercarriage would have left some major damage to the front end of my vehicle which there's not. Now, what i do believe happen someone in the process of putting it on the lift, didn't have it on there properly and in return it resulted in the damaged of my undercarriage. That would make more sense to me. I guess someone stepping up to admit this wrong is just not happening and the service manager failed to properly rectify the problem. Perhaps you should look into the camera system that scans the car 360 when it arrives for service, so you don't run into issues such as this. I'm sure you can care less, but I'll rather travel to surrounding Kia then deal with my local dealer.
