your Mechanics damaged my car i had recalls with my trunk and gas tank tell me how parts feel off the car on the drive home in a location that had nothing to do with the recalls

I dropped my car off because my tire kept losing air. I got a call that there was a nail in my tire and that my back two tires were bald and needed to be replaced. I said that was fine because I thought the extra $200 a month I’m paying with Line5 would cover the replacement tires but unfortunately I found out that the people who work in the service department NEVER informed me that my back two tires were worn out and needed to be replaced soon and so Line5 denied the claim to pay for the new tires because my tires were to worn out and I had to pay almost $600 out of pocket because the people in the service department don’t know how to communicate with customers.
