My van is worst than it was before. The mechanic destroy the rotas and now they want me to pay again to change the the rotas when I paired already 300.00. My mechanic charges 330.00 to do the job but I thought the KIA could do a better job. Mistake

I felt like I received horrible customer service during my latest service appt with Kia. My advisor Jamie went WEEKS without running my calls or providing updates. When I would hear back from her, she had difficulty remembering who I was, what car I had, or what she had told me last time. Carmen was helpful in the end, if I ever bring my car back there, it will not be to Jamie.

The service advisor started out well but when I texted her she didn’t answer. I went looking for her but I was told that she was not there. She had a doctor appointment. That’s fine but she should have made sure that we knew who was filling in for her. Instead I have to go to the manager to find out about my car. So he checked and guess what my car was ready. We were there a little over three hours. If I wouldn’t have checked on our car we would have been there even longer. So we were not too happy with that. Thanks to the manager for his help.
