My van is worst than it was before.
The mechanic destroy the rotas and now they want me to pay again to change the the rotas when I paired already 300.00.
My mechanic charges 330.00 to do the job but I thought the KIA could do a better job. Mistake
I felt like I received horrible customer service during my latest service appt with Kia. My advisor Jamie went WEEKS without running my calls or providing updates. When I would hear back from her, she had difficulty remembering who I was, what car I had, or what she had told me last time. Carmen was helpful in the end, if I ever bring my car back there, it will not be to Jamie.

Very satisfied and he was very helpful
The service advisor started out well but when I texted her she didn’t answer. I went looking for her but I was told that she was not there. She had a doctor appointment. That’s fine but she should have made sure that we knew who was filling in for her. Instead I have to go to the manager to find out about my car. So he checked and guess what my car was ready. We were there a little over three hours. If I wouldn’t have checked on our car we would have been there even longer. So we were not too happy with that. Thanks to the manager for his help.
Fred was nice, easy to work with and gave a detailed explanation of what my car needed.
The rentals are infested with roaches.
