Service was good and staff was very personable. However, I came in because people noticed my backup lights weren’t working on my new 2024 KIA Sportage Prestige. I was surprised that the service tech did not know that the Sportage came with only one light below the license plate (which I told him did work). I expected to see backup lights further up on either or both sides. To my surprise - that’s all there is. My neighbors also have the same car (different dealer) and someone in the Publix parking lot stopped them to say their backup lights weren’t working. She then told me. I think it’s a design flaw.
Caitlin Needon never fails upon arrival to leaving. Her customer service is above advantage. She is very accurate, professional, and definitely knowledgeable of her job. Her employment to this dealership is a win.

I waited a 30minutes before I was waited on until I complain about to leave then Mrs Jamie heard me she waited on me right away she very nice plus I had someone waiting on me, other than that it was ok but they offered me a car wash car was not wash windows was not clean also inside was what I did but , Thank You ,Please let me know when recall part come back for seat don’t want car to catch a fire. As usual, the service provided was top notch. I’ve been a fan of KIA since 1996 when I purchased a car when KIA was in a trailer across the street. Thank you for the service your employees provide.
Jamie was simply amazing. She kept me updated the whole time, and reassured me my vehicle was in good hands. She answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area. Her friendly and calm demeanor was just wonderful. What can I say, so professional. Indeed a terrific experience.

Took my auto for recall. Never could do it needed parts and managed to screw up my side passenger mirror and did not want to make good on it

To make it short Took my car in for recalls couldn’t do them screwed up my car we’re not courteous, and that was the end of that so it was a total waste of my four hours. I would never deal with you people again.
