Luis provided exceptional service. He told me exactly what was wrong with my car. He gave accurate estimates on the timeframe for the labor so that my time wasn’t wasted. He also provided me with Uber service to ensure that my needs went met while my car was being serviced. Job well done Luis.

Very responsive. Gave good professional advice on what needs to be done, what must be done, and what may be optional to save extra expenses. Trustworthy and polite and listened to our concerns. Uber rides and the loaner car made everything smooth and easy, and our routine wasn't disrupted. Great example of Japanese loyalty, service and excellence.
