Rudy was excellent, provided extraordinary customer service while I was there for my car's oil change. He went through all the details and explained everything clearly. Would definitely go to Rudy at Easy Honda.
I purchased my car on July 28th & still missing one of the accessories I paid extra for. The manager or salesman should always check the car out for total completion prior to having the owner come & pick up. When you tell a customer you are going to do something, then you should absolutely follow through with it. The buying experience was good, but once they had my money they apparently could care less & have sadly changed my opinion of Easy Honda. I sincerely hope I can have my last accessory installed this week. I will not be leaving it this time but will stay until it’s completed.

Pierre was great. I however was unimpressed with the $49.95 “shop charge for repair order” fee tacked on to the end of my bill. It was bad enough the last time I had my other vehicle serviced here in May that it was $31.59. Don’t know how you all justify it but this feels like I’m being charged for the privilege of brining you my business. Do all Honda dealerships do this?!?
