Fell like my alignment could’ve been done better
I like taking my car to you because everything can be done and records kept, etc. I made an appointment for a state inspection at 1130, fully anticipating it would take no more than 20-30 minutes. It took over 2 hours, and when I received my summary and thought my car was complete, it took another 20 minutes because it was getting washed. The last thing I wanted to do was wait longer at that point. Your guys knew I was waiting... just give me my car so I can go home. Regarding the appointment time, if you know my car will have to wait in line for its turn, don't make an appointment for 1130... make it for 1, so when I arrive, I'm first up. I will be taking this kind of service to Jiffy Lube from now on and leave the more complicated stuff where I know to expect to leave my car with you for a longer period of time for your service center.
I had to go back because there was a noise in the cabin. They were able to fix it and am satisfied with that. However it's still not ideal to have to go back. Specially since the car was dropped off, so the person driving must've heard that noise. But still glad they resolved it once i came back. The manager was helpful

I am thankful that the process was smooth, the staff is awesome & im thankful that I was able to have a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was getting repaired. Thank you Maria & Cedric y’all are awesome!

As always, Erik provided great services and communicated clearly with us as to the status of the repairs. When we thought it would need to be there overnight due to parts availability, he arranged for a loaner car as. Well as an uber to pick up my wife to get it.

Rudy was great! Matter of fact, several service reps approached me asking if I needed anything. I explained that I have an appt with Rudy and I was early. Those guys were professional and friendly too.
Mr. Perez was very understanding that I was on a tight time frame and did everything possible to get my car serviced timely. I am very grateful.
Customer service was great. It's just that the bottom plate came loose after getting on the freeway.
