My Honda service care package allows me to change oil after 90 days. That’s what I have done with easy Honda in past 3 years with numerous service agents. But this time, the service rep accused me and said doing this after 90 days is insurance fraud. Not a single service rep previously told me that, any of them could have guided me if this was incorrect but they all said your package allows you to change oil but my last rep was blaming me for this.

Erik is amazing. Im 45 and bought my first civic from him when i was 21. I work in a hospital and can almost never make an appt for service,and Erik always makes sure i get what i need when i drive up. He is courteous,understanding and just great at what he does. I hope we have many more years doing business together.

Erik is awesome. He’s nice and professional but very friendly and easy to talk to. I feel that he’s practical in his recommendations and never selling to me which I really appreciate. I’ve owned Hondas since I started buying cars. This is my 5th Honda and I always go to this dealership for maintenance so I don’t need selling to. This is where I go when I need car repairs.

Everything about the service was great. However, I went to the new car sales side considering trading in my car and purchasing a new car and no one even addressed me. I walked around the showroom looking at the prelude and civic si. I then walked out the front door and looked at all of the accords outside and the white civic si on the perimeter of the property. At that point I ordered my Uber and waited in front of the showroom. At no point did one of the sales team even say hi to me.

Please be aware that your mechanics removed my air filter in spite of me stating I didn't want any other service besides an oil change and when the replaced the cabin air filter they put it in upside down with air flow facing the opposite direction. I know this because I replaced the cabin air filter myself today. Please make a formal note that this should not happen or if done intentionally for any reason, that should be clearly communicated to the vehicle owner. This is unacceptable service
Mechanic broke the hood prop rod in my car! No one mentioned or offered to compensate. What kind of mechanics do you employ there? I will be writing a Google review about this as well.
