I was quickly approached at the service line this time. And I noticed you had service line personnel available which is a welcome change. On my previous visit, I waited in my car at least 15 minutes before being approached by a service provider. My car was serviced quickly and efficiently. Rudy provided comprehensive information about needed repairs. I appreciate his advice and will follow up on needed maintenance.

I came to Easy Honda for a state inspection on 4/26. The multi-point insoection came back with a note that my vehicle cannot pass state inspection due to tires being over 6 yrs old. Was quoted $800+ for a new set of tires. When I pointed out to the rep that this is illegal, he eventually confirmed that there is no such rule and proceeded with the state inspection.
Maria Miranda is the finest service official we deal with at Easyhonda service. She is the sole reason we still obtain our service from Easyhonda.
