Nothing was found to be wrong with the trunk of my CRV-EXL yet it will not always open and that is extremely frustrating. The staff I had contact with were Luis,Rudy and Michael and all were friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the idea of the Uber and appreciate Rudy's help in getting someone to pick me up to get back to get my car. Two Uber drivers backed out but the third one did make the trip. Thanks to all of you for your help!
There was horrible communication. I did not get any updates unless I called several times to get answers. Calls were rarely returned. I kept being told it would be done on a certain day and then not hear anything the day it was supposed to be ready. I’d call to get answers and would not get one. One of the times I called I was told by a woman that it was ready and I could come by that day. I got a call a little bit later from Luis saying it wasn’t ready yet. Several times I was told different things. I did not feel comfortable because of that. I was worried about not being told the truth and not having my car in good hands. Typically I am not one to ever have complaints but I will not be returning to this location for any services.
