You guys said oil change is going to take 2to 21/2 hrs. You guys took almost 31/2hrs and didn’t even do car wash. I came at 10am and due to delay i was hungry and forgot to ask/remind them about Tuesday coupon. As soon as i came home and called you guys about applying coupon. The lady said that she needs to ask manager and get back. But till now we didn’t get any call from you people. My original appointment was afternoon 2pm. When i got a reminder call I asked them when will we have faster service (less time) they said morning 8am or 10am. Then I moved my appointment to morning. I was very disappointed.
Took too long. An oil change does not take from 9:15 to 12:15.

Brittnie was great, personable and professional and she showed genuine care in taking care of the service issues we had (and before that, I had great experiences with Eric). I came in for a routine oil change and ended up with a large puddle of oil to clean up in my garage because the oil filter was not tightened all the way. That was corrected on a second visit but then a popping/friction sound started immediately after we picked the car up. Ultimately our issues were solved and taken care of but a routine oil change required a total of 3 visits and a puddle of oil to clean. I’m not sure I want to come back for the free oil change I was given as a courtsey.
My car was with Easy Honda for about 2 weeks but Easy Honda didn’t provide any loaner car during this period. I have to rent the car and then call Honda customer service for reimbursement. And I was told that the case manager may not review my case , and the process might take6-9 weeks.
Was it my fault to have this factory defects that i have to go through such
troublesome process and spent significant cost upfront?
Very disappointed with this arrangement.
