Pierre ****was extremely and unnecessarily rude to me when I dropped off my 2025 Honda HR-V on Saturday morning at my 11:30am scheduled appointment. He insisted that I had missed my appointment for the day before on Friday morning but when I explained that I had rescheduled due to waking up drenched in a cold sweat with a fever, he simply rolled his eyes, ignored me, and moved on to the car behind me. I happen to suffer from a severe disability and was really rather hurt and shocked at having been treated in such a mean and cruel way. I was not expecting this AT ALL as I have pretty much always been treated well by your other employees at Easy Honda from sales, parts, AND the service departments. My immediate family has been doing business with you all since purchasing a Honda CR-V for my Mother in 2003. The Honda I brought in is actually hers but since she now suffers from dementia and can no longer drive, I now drive it and am responsible for its maintenance. Thankfully, I had a very nice experience with Christian and the rest of your service staff especially the young, African/American woman who remained calm, patient and worked tirelessly to get me checked in as quickly as possible so that I could be on my way. I think she noticed how I was beginning to sweat and yes, slowly beginning to anger at being so rudely dismissed by Mr ****as I honestly was not expecting to be treated so badly for having done nothing wrong. I even tried to show him my appointment verification text but he simply chose not to even look at it and put the blame me for having "missed" my earlier Friday appointment after I had so responsibly followed Honda's protocol in rescheduling for the following day. I did let Mr. ****know that I would be filing a complaint against him. Other than this, my maintenance/repair experience went well and I am glad to have my car back. It is handling beautifully ????. Maria always keeps me informed of what work needs to be done.I had a very tight schedule this time and everyone was able to accommodate me. I didn't have time for the car wash so Maria told me to bring my car back another day.Thank you ,Maria!!????

error message popping up on dashboard took the car back after being on the car for a week and it’s still on the car so I’m not satisfied. I was told to come back a week later to see if if the notice has been off and it’s still on the car.

The dealership keeps finding ways to increase the cost of services without explicitly increasing the cost. For eg $6 for shop charges for an oil change. There are no legit shop charges in an oil change. Then there's the new 3% credit card fee. All total, I paid 15% extra in fees.

I got there at 7am and was out by 7:40am, that was the quickest time I have ever waited for an oil change. She was very nice and a good communicator, would go back to her again
