I came in there because I had a nail in the front passengers, tire and needed a new tire. On the work order, she put the left front tire and I reviewed it and told her it was the right front tire. Her team forgot to put the cap onto the tire pressure receptacle on the tire. They had left lubricant all over the wheels and the tire was marked with white all over it, and the car was only five weeks old. I told her that people were really into their tires and wheels and that this was my first time to Easy Honda and it scared me what the next few times would be like . She did offer me Uber service to get me home and she offered Uber service to pick me up and I am thankful for that and it was quick but I came in there for the car. Also, I was quoted by Tiffany that the new tire would cost $220 and I was at discount tire earlier in the day and they quoted me $240 when I went to Maria and drove my car because their price was cheaper. She quoted me $260. All of this scares me and what kind of service I’m going to be getting from Easy Honda

Excellent service

A simple oil change which was scheduled took over 3 hours. Next, after spending 30 minutes on the toll road, a service representative called stating we were given another customer's key fob and we needed to bring it back. After spending an hour on the toll road, and extra toll fees for the service department's mistake, our tech-savvy attitude was "things happen".
