Thank Goodness I found Easy Honda. Based on my experiences with Easy Honda, they are the best. This is my 2nd CR-V and my experiences are always top tier. The service department is the same. All the service advisors I had are all 10 star employees. Easy Honda is my forever Dealership.

She was really nice, but unfortunately she did not seem very knowledgeable about my situation. She was not aware of my warranty, and instead of having my tires replaced under the warranty, I was charged for a tire plug. I was also promised a car wash, but that was not completed. I was very disappointed when I picked up my vehicle. Also, during my previous visit, I was provided an Uber ride home and was told I would be able to get transportation back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. After I had already taken the Uber home, I was informed that the dealership does not provide Uber rides for returning customers to pick up their vehicles. This left me having to spend additional money on an unexpected Uber ride back to the dealership. I am very disappointed with the overall experience and feel that better communication and attention to my warranty and promised services would have prevented this situation.

Erik Baatz provided efficient and accurate service. He did a very good job of reviewing the work needed to maintain and extend the life of my CR-V just as he did for my Accord in years past.
