Good services and communication- professional and fast
I recently visited Easy Honda for an oil change and was very disappointed with the experience. I booked my appointment online, but their website didn’t give me the option to select my oil change package, so I had to put it in as a maintenance request. After waiting for my appointment to be accepted, I went in the next morning at 9:00/9:30.
When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t use the oil change package I purchased from another dealership and that the service would cost $175. I asked about coupons, and while they confirmed they existed, I was never given a clear explanation as to why the price was so high. I also requested a tire rotation, and was told it would be about a two-hour wait—which I considered reasonable at first.
However, I ended up waiting three hours while customers who arrived after me were finished and left before I did. When I asked for an update, I was told “15 more minutes.” The lack of communication and customer service was extremely frustrating.
Overall, my experience was unprofessional, overpriced, and poorly managed. I will not be returning to this dealership.

I was very unhappy about the added 3% on my bill…. I was not notified before hand. Dealerships are notoriously more expensive than small business mechanics in the first place… this will continue to drive customers away to these smaller business that would gladly take the CC charges to get the business

Great job. Pierre did an amazing job by taking the time and take care of the issue that has been going on for over a year. I bought this car brand new April of last year and from day one Honda dealer located in Kingwood failed to correct the issue and telling me that as long as this item is on warranty, they would keep trying. (which by the way they didn’t try.) Pierre took care of the issue in such a short notice going above and beyond. Great job Pierre and all of the staff at easy Honda.
I'm writing regarding the repair of my car. Service advisor Ms Mkayala confirmed before the repair that the issue would be fixed 100%, but after picking up my car, the same issue remains. I've tried calling multiple times but no response. In text messages she suggests additional repairs are needed for a full fix, which contradicts our previous confirmations. I'd appreciate a clear explanation and resolution to this issue.
Note: when I left my car the parking sensor was okay but now the sensor is also not working

Erik was friendly and professional. No complaints!
He was very thorough, not pushy on additional services and made sure my car was ready in time for my next appointment that I had told him about. Very professional. You need to fix the AC in his “office” - that’s the only complaint I have - not on him but on the dealership.
