Overall, I left with a vehicle but service could have been better. Spoke with Sales Rep, David whom was great. Team Lead, don’t remember his name but he basically negotiated a price that then the “head manager” called me and did not honor that price. That same manager was a bit rude and just dry. Finally the Finance rep was okay. She didn’t give me no information and was asking me to sign documents and my title over. I had to ask her what my rate was and monthly payment, what my credit score came back at and also if I was the primary borrower. Basically she needs to be more personable and lead the process of loan closing. Again, I left with the vehicle I wanted and I was happy I initially worked with David, if not I don’t think I would have been back.
Luis Flores is an excellent professional. He always looks for better options to the customer and help them to get the goal.

There are two scratches on my vehicle and my passenger window no longer closes properly anymore. it shakes and then gets pushed in place. i called dealership service shop with issue and technician that worked on vehicle told me those issues were already there and invalidating issues. front desk representative told me to come by saturday morning to gets issues fixed but tech told me not to come by. this whole situation is very frustrating and i haven’t heard back from any management. very disappointing experience. i need these issues repaired. i only took my vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation.

I understand how busy it was this morning and was ok to wait for the estimated 2.5 hours for an oil change. After 3 hours I got a text saying they were waiting for my vehicle to come out of the wash and it would be another 35-40 minutes. The work order receipt states clearly and many times over, the complementary wash is by request only. I think it’s a nice touch to do it without asking, but when the customer has already been waiting longer than promised, I strongly suggest asking the customer if they want to continue with the wash or just have their car returned. Maybe even just offering the wash at the beginning of the appointment when the customer is choosing to wait at the dealership! Thanks.
