Ii would have appreciated a quicker turnaround
I specifically told them no ture rotation as I just got it done yesterday only OIL CHANGE!! Picked up car and they rotated my tires again so now I had to take more time to go get them rotated AGAIN so they are correct. I chose to go back to Discount Tire instead of waiting for hours at Easy Honda!! More time off work, thanks!!

Makayla and Jose were professional in handling my concerns when I brought my Pilot to get it checked for what I believed were existing issues. They listened to me, followed process and concluded that the problems needed to get fixed as warranty claims. They believed in the customer comes first. This means a lot! I give them both an EXCELLENT. Maria was also professional in receiving the vehicle the day it got fixed, all the way until she handed me the completed paper work. I give her an EXCELLENT as well. Thank you all!

I had a great experience with my service advisor, Pierre Ramirez, at Easy Honda. He was professional, kind, and explained my car’s issues clearly during a stressful battery problem. Highly recommend asking for Pierre if you need service here!
Not as great service as I expected. Communication was not great. I had to call multiples times and then had to wait for someone to pick up.
Very professional service
The troubleshooting of the consoles “ghost inputs” was shoddy at best. I communicated that I had already performed an electrical reset and Honda did the exact same thing and then failed to test if it worked. Within 5 minutes of starting the car the problem was clearly still present. The tech didn’t reset the warnings and I was left questioning if anyone did anything at all.
Based on this performance I would not recommend anyone turbine Easy Honda
I was told that it would take two hours for the service. I arrived on time but it took 3 1/2 hours. Otherwise I’m fine with the service.
