I made an appointment today for an oil change at 9:00am with Maria. I came at 9:04 and wasn’t greeted by Maria until 9:30. She got my information and asked if I were going to stay or wait. I decided I was going to wait. She did not tell me an approximate time of how long it would be. Which was fine. However, I decided to ask a worker how much longer for my car to be finish after the 2hr and 30min mark of waiting. Maria took awhile to get back with me, when she did she quickly stated that she told me she quoted it would be 2hr to 2hr 30min wait. She did not. Then she proceed to tell me all the things that needed to be fix with my car, which I didn’t not ask for. I just wanted to know when my car will be done. She finally answered and said about 10 to 15 more minutes. It has passed the 15 minute mark. I came her about 2 years ago and the service was amazing, nice, and quick. Needless to say I won’t be coming back for the lack of communication and care for a customer from Maria. Everyone else that was at the service line were attentive though, but couldn’t do much since Maria was my advisor. I waited about 3 hours for an oil change. On top of everything they said I had a nail in the tire. I went to go fix it and there was none.

I think maybe it was just an off day or just too busy. Normally, when I take my car for maintenance in take a couple hours, which is understandable, but this time it took almost 5 hours and there was nearly no communication at all. When I finally got my car my advisor said that my car had been finish but they had to bring it back in to the shop? They didn't really explain why thay happened after I asked.
Also, I had asked my advisor if they could do a couple things while my car was getting serviced and my advisor assured me they would be taken care of. He was gonna make a note of it ao the technician could see it.
After finally getting my car neither of the things I had asked for had been taken care of. The advisor did offer to have someone maybe do it, but i just couldn't wait any longer and risking waiting another who knows how many hours.
Service is usually great and quick, but my last visit was just not good, unfortunately.
I dont think it was on my advisor, he was fine, just must have been a little overwhelmed and busy, i suppose.

Erik was great! I didn’t make an appointment but he got me checked in right away. He seemed very knowledgeable, as I didn’t have to explain much about the issues i had with my car, he just got it quickly.
