Overall is good experience, but the car washing not good. They saying hand wash your car, but when I open my car, I see there still on dust on side doors and front said also not clean properly and they did not polish my car inside and out side.
First of all when i came first later got a review saying the sabke was faulty even tho i explained tonthe person present that hey its going to connect and disconnect byitself ive changed cables,many times that why i brought the car here but sadly they sidnot understanding what i meant by that, so when i came to pick it up THE CAR WAS STILL HAVING PROBLEMS with the car play so left it another day
When i came for the third trip hoping somthing wouldve been fixed but i was wrong i still had the same issue with carplay ,later they told me apparently alot of cars of honda are having this issue there is nothing they can do about it ????? I thought getting a honda meant having a relaible car but no the maps just randomly diconnect on highway you do realsise how unsafe that is????? Even tho the technican told me if it still doesnt connect when i come to grt the car the third time that means the cars internal system needs to be changed later found out honda doesnt donthis??? You guys(honda company) is just not fixing their mistakes ,so if inwamt to do somthing ineither call honda (called them no one picked up ) or file a case with them?even then 98%chance is they wont do anything as its a minute issue HOW IS MY NAVIGATION SYSTEM DISCONNECTING NO AUDIO LEAVING ME DISTRACTED WHILE DRIVING NOT A BIG ENOUGH ISSUE??? Im disappointed by the company as we’ve had honda for such a long time and always belived in there customer service and product but not anymore clearly
Richard was exceptional, I came in for a oil change but needed extra work done. He took the time to explain it to me and I felt very comfortable with going foward with the extra service.
