Even after repeatedly raising concerns about the TPMS message issue, it remains unresolved. I have visited the service center multiple times, but the problem persists. When I called back, I was kept on hold until 6:00 PM and then disconnected. On trying again, the representative who answered disconnected the call, showing complete disregard for customer service. When I asked about an employee named Makyla, I was told none existed. However, after I mentioned that I had just serviced my vehicle that day, the person became irritated and dismissive, telling me not to “talk like that.” This behavior is unacceptable. Please ensure that your staff are trained to deal respectfully and empathetically with frustrated customers who are waiting tirelessly through no fault of their own, wasting both time and money due to poor service. If your team is unwilling to provide proper assistance up to 6:00 PM, then close at 5:30 PM instead of making customers wait longer and leaving them even more dissatisfied.
