Erik is the best service advisor.
Everything that was discussed at the time the vehicle was dropped off was completed and excellent but I’m disappointed the software update wasn’t pushed while the vehicle was there.
They took 4 hours for service, I asked them more than 6 times about the status. They didn’t even inform me that they will take these many hours. Such worst experience I ever had. This is the experience with scheduled appointment. What is the point of taking appointments if they take this much.If I walk in for service, do you guys take 2days. I’m so much disappointed in service.

Erik was courteous and professional every step of the way. He clearly communicated the issues found on the car, which items were covered under warranty, and which recommended services were pending. He even took the time to review my previous maintenance records to verify if certain services had already been performed. I trust Erik, and I’m happy he was my service advisor last week.

Makayla was fantastic as always. However, I’m skeptical about the services rendered. My Honda was in for service pass work including tire rotation. Upon arrival, the tire pressure alert was active, and the front passenger tire was low. I asked that they check it out. When I picked up the Honda, the front passenger tire was still low, but the tire pressure alert was turned off. So in other words, recalibrated with total disregard for the actual tire pressure? They also said they didn’t find anything working with it. Later that day, i did find a nail in that tire. Additionally, I have reason to believe that the tire rotation was not actually performed.
