I was extremely disappointed with my recent service experience. There was a major lack of communication between myself, the service advisor, and the person responsible for dropping off my vehicle. I confirmed the correct drop-off address with the service director, Keito Julian, more than once, yet my car was still delivered to the wrong location.
Additionally, I dropped my car off on Friday at 10:30 AM and was repeatedly told it would be ready “soon,” but I did not get it back until around 10:30/11:00 AM on Saturday a full 24 hours later, with little to no updates throughout the process.
There were also issues with using the service coupons I had been emailed, which added to the overall frustration. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had since becoming a Honda customer in 2014. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and follow-through in the future.
Julian seems to be new. He made a lot of assumptions about what I could and couldn't do. He gaslit me regarding the black **** on my console, panel and foot rail. My vehicle was smeared with a towel and returned to me with more dirt than I had previously. Imagine that. I asked him to please get a towel to remove the black **** and he was helpful in fixing the issue. Overall I have no issues with him or the service. I have been a customer for 10 years.

Rick would not accept the E-mail that I had received from Honda that offered free oil change, tire rotation and multi point. Inspection. After going back and forth, he agreed to free oil change but declined the tire rotation because according to him my one year for free oil change was past the date. I told him that I had bought my car on December 10, 2024 but he would not agree to contact the sale associate because he did not have their phone extension. I told him I would like to talk to manager and he said go to the front office. I went over there and talked to an associate who was helpful and resolved the problem. The service associate seemed like he had a chip on his shoulder and did not do his job.
Services were beyond my expectations. Mr Ric Rodriguez is an asset in your Service dept keep doing a great work !!!

Did not appreciate being charged 3% credit card fee. Parts and labor already high. No other dealerships charge this fee.
