Rick was not good at keeping me up-to-date on what was going on. I had to keep going to him to ask. He would say he would check on it and let me know, but wouldn't let me know unless I went to ask him again. I was very dissatisfied.

Maria was great, only problem I had was I had a 0700 appointment and I didn’t get my inspection report til 0905! I was there 4 hours and once I okayed the work it took 2 hours which is what I expected
