Rude guy at first and send me off to someone else, only to find out I had the appointment with him! Than he turned friendly all of a sudden! There is a chubby long hair guy! He needs a raise! Very helpful very friendly!

Mr. Rodriguez was helpful, knowledgeable, and clear. Purchasing a new key/fob for $330, on the other hand, is ridiculously expensive (especially for a 26-year-old vehicle) considering I only needed to replace one part of the internals of the fob. The word Gouging comes to mind… Signed, An honest fan of Honda vehicles.

It took 4 phone calls and 1 email (over the course of many many weeks) to finally hear when my part was expected to be in. I like the service of being able to use uber back and forth, but please give the power to do so to the folks answering the service phone line. I had to wait 90 minutes with a couple follow ups before the person managing my service was able to call an uber for me. I don’t blame him, I know he is busy with other customers. It’s just not “easy” to have to wait so long and to have be the one calling the service department multiple times. (There were more times that I was left on hold for over 10 minutes and gave up)
