Today was a simple issue, a state inspection, but it brought to light things to address in the new year and the appointment is already made. Having a long term relationship with a service adviser means you can plan for the life of the car.
This is the best experience I have about car repair over the years, I noticed very late that I got a nail and confirmed leaking quickly, and the quick response and repair really saved my day even though I do not have the appointment scheduled, very appreciative of efficient and professional service. Over 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation its outrageous, specially with an appointment. I also opted for the car wash and it seemed like they just sprayed water over the car, it was still dirty after the service.
