Rick did a good job and I don’t have any complaints with him. My comment has to do with Easy Honda appointment process. I had a 7:30am appointment and arrived a few minutes early. Planned work was for simple engine oil change, but it took roughly 2hours before I was provided with results of the multi point inspection to even begin any work. My feeling is that given an appointment (especially early in the morning) that the process could be improved to be able to get back with customer quicker to even start any work. I Easy Honda takes appointments, perhaps they could have less appointments so that they could manage to have quicker turnaround time and less customer wait time to begin working.
I was offered access to Uber for local drop off, but I chose to wait in the waiting room. I live in Katy, so going back home wasn’t feasible.
Erik is amazing. I really appreciate his support. He helped me prep for a long distance trip and went above and beyond my initial need. Thank you!

Rudy doesn’t have the best rapport with me. Even though I wasn’t served by Brit and Tonya. They both said hi and genuinely seemed happy to deal with me. It’s the same when I stop by the show room Lincoln always says hi and makes small talk. It’s welcoming it’s not like I’m bothering them. Rudy however seemed genuinely bothered by me. Unfortunately for him Im not adverse to confrontation ????????♀️ Customer service is an art that Rudy should try to master.
I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come to this dealerships because of people like Lincoln, Augustin, Tonya and Brit. I stopped going to Honda of Katy which is less then 10 minutes from my home because most of the service writers at that location behaved the way Rudy did today. I hope he has a better rest of the year.
Today’s service experience was very frustrating. I arrived for my 9:00 a.m. appointment and waited over three hours, only to be told it would be another hour. My representative, Eric, later informed texted me (not even check on me in person) that my vehicle was not even on the lot despite my scheduled appointment and waiting 2 hours , and that service would begin after HIS lunch break, causing even further delay.
Additionally, when I received my vehicle back, my AirPods had been removed from my keys. I spoke with Eric about it and he didn’t know anything about it, and seem like he didn’t care. I got in my car and someone placed them in the glove compartment without my permission, which made me very upset that they touched it.
During check-in, Erik strongly pushed additional services beyond my oil change, even after I clearly declined. I had to repeatedly state that I did not want any additional services added and specifically requested only the oil change. I also informed him multiple times that I had a $49 coupon; however, my paperwork reflected a charge of $94 until I brought it up again.
Do you not call me. I am done with Honda. I am not getting my services done at Honda anymore. I am done.
