On this occasion, I must express my dissatisfaction with the level of communication provided. There was no effective follow-up nor direct communication with me regarding the status of my vehicle. I was compelled to make repeated calls in order to obtain updates, and the responses I received were neither timely nor satisfactory.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously and ensure that appropriate measures are implemented to improve communication and customer service in the future

I had brought my car in for service for 3 things. One, windshield which isn’t covered by Honda care - so that’s fine- is what it is. 2nd one, a situation with rims and the sales team, again not really the service departments issue. And the 3rd reason is a rattle (in a brand new 2026 civic). The way this was handled is what had me highly disappointed. I brought the car in originally mid day, but this service member told me that if there was a rattle, to bring it back first thing in the morning on a different day. So I think I’m doing this guy, a solid, and I bring it back a few days later first thing in the morning. That day, I got clarification again that the windshield would have to be dealt with from an external party, which was okay… and then he was dealing with the sales department about this whole rim situation. But what frustrates me is, when we get the rims situation sorted, he tells me that I need to bring the car back again to listen for the rattle. And then suggest that I should take the wheel lock out of the glove compartment to see if that helps…like really??? Why didn’t you try that first to see if it’s still rattled? And guess what, I took everything out of the glove box and there is still a rattle- so now I would have to take the car back a third time for one of the original problems that he never addressed. Also, when I picked up my car, there was still the paper mat, and plastic wrap on my seat (aka the trash)… and that wasn’t taken care of properly. I get that this isn’t a huge mechanical problem, but it just shows poor attention to detail detail and a lack of customer service. And frankly, it makes him and the dealership sound lazy.
Makayla was very tentative and listened to all of my concerns I had. Will continue to schedule my service with her.
The waiting time was extreme, my appointment was at 11am and they gave me the car at 3pm, and they didn't even put liquid in the windshield tank. Every time my experience in this place is getting worse!
Can not get a hold Finace Dept. message box is always full.
The service was excellent and very professional and I was in and out within no time!! Had no problems and great service!! My vehicle was fixed and I was happy!! Would recommend Maria Miranda any time some one needs assistance!!!
