Lack of communication between Service Advisor and Technician. I get caught in the middle and don’t know who to believe or who is correct. Work should be done on my vehicle that I brought it in for while waiting on any further recomendations that would need to be addressed. Wait time was not good as a result of lack of communication.

She was able to get my car in for servicing at the last minute so I could take a road trip with my daughter. She was very communicative through the entire process and will definitely request her personally the next time I need my car serviced.
