Pierre ****was awesome. Friendly great customer service. The technician left an oily mess during my transmission CVT oil change. There was oil spilled over the front bumper and license plate. Under the car you can see oil leaking through the plastic cover. Very unprofessional to not have cleaned it up after making the mess.

Pierre helped me to understand and point out the recommendations for my battery. I bought car used and the previous owner did bad repairs which risky to drive vehicle. After vehicle repairs complete. Pierre showed me the difference and also pointed out other discrepancies to my vehicle and recommendations to missing parts.
The vehicle had no screw holding air filter. Also the engine cover was missing. So I asked Pierre if I could order the parts and he called JB in parts department. The 4 screw we’re in stock. I ordered the engine cover.
Meanwhile i went home and was able to put 4 of the 2 screws to secure the air filter. After couple days I went to pick up engine cover and while there I met Michele and showed Michelle my problem in putting in the other two screws. Anna came out and inspected and found the previous two screws where broken off, Anna removed and installed all 4 screw to properly secure
