Came in for an alignment, car wasn't checked for balance. I reported the car as shaking when I came in, but was told it was something else. Car is shaking more than it was before. Now I have to pay another labour cost. Sometimes listening to the client helps

Honestly, the attention that Pierre Ramírez gave me was excellent, I went to the site to ask a couple of questions and the establishment had everything I was looking for.
