Although I do appreciate the politeness and Professionalism. The one thing that I have expressed that needed to he fixed on my car was not fixed nor looked at. My car was there for 2 weeks. So to come back from a trip thinking my car was going to be completely done and the same problem still exist is a bit concerning.

Rudy did his job with precision by presenting me what needed to be done but he listened to my point of view. There was no sales pitch or any confusing explanation. He was direct to the point and he understood my position. I was very happy with his customer service, oil change service was completed, my remote control was fixed, and my car was washed for free.
