I always prefer to come here for quality service. Maria has always been a great service advisor. She’s always attentive and helpful. The only complaint I have is the new service charge for using a credit card. 3% or any charge for using a credit card is not optimum. I paid cash for $1680 and it would have been much more helpful to be able to pay for it with a credit card. I think you all need to rethink this charge because it pushes your customers away from choosing your service department to others that don’t charge the fee. I would have bought my tires from you all but chose to purchase elsewhere because of the new service charge for using my credit card. I came this time but this may impact the next time i need service.

I’m very satisfied with the service, and Erik was excellent. I purchased my car from Easy Honda and usually come to your location for oil changes. In the past, visits have taken around three hours, but yesterday’s service was much faster, which I really appreciated. Erik remembered all my requests, including the inspection, providing a replacement quote, and checking recall information. He clearly explained each item and also helped schedule a follow-up appointment for next week. Thank you again for your support. I would appreciate it if you could share this feedback with your management team, and I hope there may be more promotions available for loyal customers in the future.
