Leana was very helpful and keeping me updated. Probably the best communication I’ve received at this dealership. I dropped my car off at 7am, and it went from 1.5 hours to another 2.5 hours to 1:30pm to 4:00pm. If the work is going to take longer than expected, I rather hear a realistic timeframe than a stretch goal. I ended up missing a 4pm appointment because of this which if I was told it would take nine hours, I would have planned another day to fix the extra items. You know what work you have planned and know people are going to show up unplanned too, just communicate real timelines. This has happened every single time. I did appreciate the website with pictures and approving which items would be worked on. That was a big improvement. And again, Leana was nice and helpful through the whole day. It made the delay easier to get through.
Leana was a great service advisor and she was very helpful in explaining the additional service my vehicle needed.

Maria is wonderful. But service at Easy Honda needs some tweaks. I had an appointment for an oil change at 2pm. I made this appointment in advance. Despite this, it took 2 hours to complete this very simple service. Why even accept appointments if this is how they’re going to be completed? I won’t be returning to the dealer for regular service, only for necessary recall repairs and warranty work, as a result of this.
pierre is very accommating the two times i’ve came. he’s very helpful. maybe he had a long day and forgot to check but I do not appreciate them trying to charge me $40 for a patch on my tire when I pay for wheel & tire protection. had I not realized that, I would’ve paid $40 for something that should’ve been included. I thought I was initially replacing my tire which is why I even came to honda in the first place. if I knew it was just a patch, I would’ve just went to discount tire.
Leana was outstanding, she gets all stars. My mechanic was nice guy, very professional, take pride in his job. I just hate he put small nick in my all black rims. I’m very particular about my rims. That’s all I’m saying.(
Maria is very knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable in her provision of service. I depend greatly upon her. She is truly the best service agent I’ve known in my decades of owning Honda cars.

Richard Rodriguez kept me well informed on updates regarding my car repair. I didn't have an appointment but he still helped squeeze me in a busy day and get my car back in a timely manner and got a free Uber ride to pick up the car. Made my inconvenience experience getting a flat quickly turn around to a good experience.
